We will send you the invoice for your GA or Half Fare Travelcard’s next validity period by e-mail or post two months before the annual automatic renewal. For a GA Travelcard with monthly invoicing, you will receive the invoice every month.
You also have the option of receiving your invoices by e-bill. Here’s how it works:
We will send the e-bill to the invoice mailbox of your e-banking account. This means that you do not need to scan in the payment slip but can simply check the invoice and approve the payment with a few clicks. To receive e-bills, log into the e-banking platform provided by your financial institution and register with SBB under the E-bill/biller menu option.
Please note: If you pay by e-bill, we will not send any further billing information by post or e-mail. We recommend that you subscribe to the reminder service on swisspass.ch. Then you will be reminded of the possible cancellation date for your travelcard by e-mail or text message in good time.
