Largest service expansion in north-western Switzerland in 20 years.
The timetable change in December 2025 will involve the largest service expansion in north-western Switzerland in 20 years. This includes services every 15 minutes between Basel and Liestal, every half an hour between Basel and Biel/Bienne and the reintroduction of a direct connection between Basel and the Lake Geneva region. There will also be additional international connections to Italy and Germany.
