Please note that a physical SwissPass card is required to use most partner services. Direct access with SwissPass Mobile is not possible in many cases.
When you receive a new SwissPass card, some partners, such as Mobility or Edrive, will automatically transfer your details to your new SwissPass card. Please contact any partner services that don’t transfer existing services automatically to the new card in order to clarify the next steps.
