SBB Chat beta – SBB’s interactive AI-powered chatbot.

SBB.ch and the SBB Preview app offer a beta version of the AI-powered SBB Chat. A test version of the chatbot has been operating reliably in the ‘Help & Contact’ section for a year. The beta version can now also provide information on timetable enquiries.

From the end of September 2026, you can try out SBB Chat on SBB.ch and in the SBB Preview app and send us feedback straight after each session. Your feedback, together with our experiences, form the basis for the further development of SBB Chat.
