Here you will find answers to general questions about marketing permission.
Marketing consent (also known as marketing permission) is your explicit consent to receive information and offers (e.g. new products, vouchers, promotions or customer surveys) from SBB and other public transport companies.
You can see which of your data we process and what we need it for in our privacy policy. You have the option of withdrawing your consent at any time.
We – as well as other public transport companies in Switzerland – can only regularly send you information and offers tailored to you (e.g. news, vouchers, promotions, customer surveys) by e-mail, post, online and via apps if we have your consent.
On SBB.ch.
The following link will take you straight to your settings.
Go to the ‘Profile’ tab. Under ‘Offers & Advertising’, you can choose which information and offers you would like to receive.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this:
In your profile on SBB.ch under ‘Settings’, ‘Communication’.
In the SBB Mobile app, in the ‘Profile’ tab.
You will also find an unsubscribe link in all non-mandatory e-mails from SBB.
Either you did not confirm your marketing permission by 31 December 2024 or you have unsubscribed from receiving personalised information and offers (e.g. new products, vouchers, promotions, customer surveys). You can change this at any time by giving your consent once again.
