Forgotten your password or want to change it? Simply follow the steps below to reset your password.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Click on the “Forgotten your password?” link when logging in or click directly on the link here.
  2. Enter your registered e-mail address and click on “Request password change”.
  3. We will send a five-digit security code to your registered e-mail address. If you cannot find an e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
  4. Enter the security code you received and a new password of your choice and then click on “Save new password”. 
  5. Warning: if you change your password, you will have to sign in again for all the online services and apps that work using the SwissPass login. You will have to reactivate the “Stay signed in” function if you want to use it.

How do I choose a secure password for my customer account?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Your password must meet the following criteria:
    • At least 12 characters (max. 50)
    • At least one capital letter or special character (not accepted: space, single/double quote and caret)
    • At least one lower case letter
    • At least one number
    • Maximum three identical characters in a row
  2. You can find additional information on how to choose a secure password at the Password Check website provided by the Data Protection Officer of the Canton of Zurich.

    Hi, We need to rebook our swiss travel pass from 8 days to 15. days… we booked online, with out creating a login id/password. I do not find a way for us to cancel the original booking. Can use some help. Thanks

  • Swiss pass card was disappeared on the app

    After I changed my account password, a few mins later my Swiss travel pass card was disappeared.. is this a temporary network problem? I’m anxious because my journey is about to started. Is there any other way to add this ticket to my account? I keep the receipt sent to my email. Will I still be charged if it still doesn’t show up in the following days when it’s get valid?
