Change your address on SBB.ch with a SwissPass login.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to SBB.ch, click on Sign in (top right) and sign in with your SwissPass login.
  2. Click on your initials in the same place on the screen (top right) and then on My account.
  3. Click on Update details to see an overview of your personal details. 
  4. Click on Change details to change your personal address. It’s quick and easy.

  1. Please enter your new address using the address change form below.
  2. We will then contact you at this new address.

    Wrong address in the Swiss pass

    Hi,I bought a Swiss pass yesterday but only after coming home I realized the address is missing one letter. I corrected my address in my Swisspass account but I'm worried that it might get posted to a wrong address. Is there any way to track the Swiss pass coming in the post? Or if it has not being shipped yet is it possible to let them know the correct address?Best regards,Dayan
