Has your SwissPass card been lost, damaged or stolen? Order a replacement card for CHF 30 online. Alternatively, you can also order a replacement card from the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min., 24/7) or at a staffed public transport point of sale.

Order your SwissPass replacement card by selecting the option ‘SwissPass replacement card with costs’ above and then clicking on the button ‘Buy for CHF 30’. We will send the new card to you by post within 10 days. To ensure you can continue to travel, you will receive a temporary SwissPass.
