Whether from school to your camp accommodation or from hotel to hotel, you can order tailored transport services for groups of 10 or more people. Bicycle shipping is also possible. Please fill out the order form at least 7 days before the first transport service.

To order group luggage or group bicycle transport, please complete the “Door-to-door group luggage order form” as accurately as possible at least 7 days before the first transport.
The following collection and delivery times and delivery periods apply.
- Fixed price for groups of 10 or more and up to 50 items of luggage/bicycles: CHF 500.
Collection in the morning from 8am (from 7am in Wengen and Zermatt and 7.30pm in Grindelwald) with delivery on the same day by 7pm (Zermatt by 7.30pm). - Fixed price for children and young people under 25 in a group of 10 or more and up to 30 items of luggage/bicycles: CHF 100.
Collection today with delivery the day after tomorrow at the earliest.
- Luggage: Bags, suitcases, sacks, boxes up to 23kg.
- Skiing equipment: Skis, ski boots, poles, snowboards packed in ski or snowboard bags and sledges up to 23kg.
- Bicycles, e-bikes, bike trailers; special bikes such as tandems, recumbent bikes, tricycles.
Groups must register.
- Collection and delivery points must have postal addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and be suitable for vehicle access. Otherwise the carrier designates a suitable handover point when confirming the arrangement on the previous day. Luggage can neither be registered nor picked up at the ticket counter.
- Packaging requirement:
- Skis, ski boots and snowboards are to be packed separately in pairs in the appropriate plastic public transport cover. These must be packed before being handed over to the transport company. The transport covers can be obtained in advance at a luggage station.
- Private ski and snowboard bags must not exceed the weight of 23kg.
- Bicycles and electric bikes with a plastic public transport cover, in a TranZbag or in a bike case with wheels. For bicycles, the plastic covers are brought by the carrier.
- Objects must not be tied together.
- The luggage to be transported must be labelled with a name, address and telephone number and be packed appropriately.
- Liability for the partial or total loss, damage and delayed delivery of luggage shall be governed by the Swiss Federal Passenger Transportation Act (PTA) and the applicable Passenger Transportation Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Council.
- Whenever possible, group luggage door to door is always transported by rail. It may, however, also be transported entirely by road for logistical reasons. The public transport sector currently handles an average of 70% of luggage transport by rail and 30% by road.
- The provisions of the tariff basis of Alliance SwissPass respectively the tariffs for luggage of T602 apply.
