• Check-in today at any station equipped for the service for all flights tomorrow.
• Express: Check-in for same day flights from the stations Grindelwald, Interlaken East, Lauterbrunnen, Mürren and Wengen.

Collection.

• Collection the next day from 6.30 am to 9.00 pm at the SBB luggage counter at Zurich Airport. Collect your luggage at least one hour before departure so that there is enough time to check in with your airline. 
• Express: Collection the same day at the SBB luggage counter at Zurich Airport from 3.15 pm 

Registration.

When you purchase your outward journey at the station you receive a green plastic cover and a transport label with a customs declaration for the return journey from abroad. Before your return journey or before check in at the airport abroad, you must fill in the customs declaration and attach it to your luggage item using the green plastic cover.

• Flights from another country landing at Zurich Airport by 11 pm tonight.
• Express: all flights landing at Zurich Airport by 11.45 am today.

Collection.

• Collection today or tomorrow at selected stations.
• Collection the day after tomorrow at selected stations.

• Luggage: suitcases, bags.
• Skiing equipment: skis, ski boots, poles, snowboards, sledges.
• Bicycles and surfboards are not possible.

• Weight: maximum 32 kg.
  
• Packaging: skiing equipment must be packed in personal wrapping or in that of the transport company.
  
• Items with special packaging requirements: 
  • Skis and ski boots are to be packed separately in pairs in the appropriate plastic cover provided by the transport company
  • Multiple pairs in personal bags up to a maximum weight of 25 kg
  • 1 snowboard per plastic cover provided by the transport company or multiple pairs in personal bags up to max. 25 kg
• The luggage to be transported must be labelled with a name, address and telephone number and be packed appropriately. 
• It is possible to book return luggage transport from abroad to Switzerland, but this must be done in Switzerland before departure.
• Before check in for your flight from abroad to Switzerland, you must attach a transport label and a completed customs declaration to every luggage item using the green plastic cover. You will receive the green cover when making your purchase at the station.
• The customs declaration must be completed properly for luggage shipped from another country to Switzerland and the luggage must not contain any goods received or purchased abroad (including duty-free quantities).
• Luggage can only be checked in if you have a ticket valid for the whole luggage transport route or one of the following annual travelcards: GA Travelcard, Point-to-Point Travelcard, Half Fare Travelcard, Regional Travelcard, FVP (travel discount for SBB employees), Ga Night Travelcard, Modular Travelcard.
• Liability for the partial or total loss, damage and delayed delivery of luggage shall be governed by the Swiss Federal Passenger Transportation Act (PTA) and the applicable Passenger Transportation Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Council.
• Flight luggage station to Zurich Airport is mainly transported by rail. Micro-distribution is carried out by road. The public transport sector currently handles an average of 70% of luggage transport by rail and 30% by road.
