Please place your order with us by 12 noon the day before the luggage is collected at the latest and collect it from the station from 9am onwards two days later.

• Luggage collection on day 1.
• Collections can be booked for between 8am and 9pm. You will be informed of a more precise two hour time slot the day before delivery. 
• For a surcharge of CHF 15 you can select one of three additional time windows for collection: 8am to 1pm / 12 noon to 6pm / 5pm to 9pm. 
• The three additional time windows are not all available for some locations.
• For certain localities, the transport of bicycles, bikes and special bikes is not at all possible or possible only on a limited basis.
• The following car-free towns are excluded from the transport of bicycles, e-bikes and special bikes:
  • Belalp/Tschuggen
  • Fiescheralp
  • Melchsee-Frutt
  • Lauchernalp
  • Saas-Fee
  • Stoos
  • Wengen
  • Zermatt
• Bicycles, e-bikes and special bikes are excluded from express transport.

Luggage pick-up on day 3 at your chosen station with luggage services.

• Luggage: bags, suitcases, sacks, boxes up to 23kg.
• Skiing equipment: skis, ski boots, poles, snowboards packed in ski or snowboard bags and sledges up to 23kg. 
• Bicycles, e-bikes, bike trailers; special bikes such as tandems, recumbent bikes, tricycles.

• Collection and delivery points must have postal addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and be suitable for vehicle access. Otherwise the carrier designates a suitable handover point when confirming the arrangement on the previous day,
• Maximum weight for luggage and ski equipment: 23kg.
• Packaging requirement:
  • Skis, ski boots and snowboards can be packed separately in pairs in an appropriate public transport cover which must be obtained in advance at a station with luggage check-in.
  • Personal ski and snowboard bags must not exceed 23kg.
  • Bicycles and e-bikes can be packed in personal bike bags or in bike cases with wheels. Otherwise, public transport covers will be used during check-in.
  • Objects must not be tied together.
• The luggage to be transported must be labelled with a name, address and telephone number and be packed appropriately. 
• You can book the return transfer of your luggage at the same time.
• The shipping of luggage is only possible with a valid ticket for the entire transport route or with a valid annual travelcard (GA Travelcard, Half Fare Travelcard, Point-to-Point Travelcard, Regional Travelcard, GA Travelcard for SBB employees, Night GA Travelcard, Modular Travelcard) and is not possible if it involves commercial consignments and private consignments unrelated to travel (e.g. shipping of goods sold/ordered, merchandise, removals, etc.).
• Liability for the partial or total loss, damage and delayed delivery of luggage shall be governed by the Swiss Federal Passenger Transportation Act (PTA) and the applicable Passenger Transportation Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Council.
• Luggage station to door is mainly transported by rail. Micro-distribution is carried out by road. The public transport sector currently handles an average of 70% of luggage transport by rail and 30% by road.
• The provisions of the tariff basis of Alliance SwissPass respectively the tariffs for luggage of T602 apply.
