The Onde Verte fare network includes six public transport companies serving the canton of Neuchâtel and the neighbouring areas of the cantons of Bern and Jura. The same straightforward fare system applies across the entire Onde verte area, there is only one ticket you need.
The zone system applies to all tickets across the Onde Verte fare network. The zone map shows you how many adjoining zones (areas) you need to purchase to get from A to B. Whether you travel by train, bus, funicular railway or tram – within the zones covered and the period of validity, all public transport services are included within the fare.
The Junior Travelcard and the Children’s Co-Travelcard are also valid within the Onde Verte fare network.
If you have a Half Fare Travelcard, you benefit from reduced prices on all single, group and multiple-journey tickets and Day Passes.
In the nighttime network for the canton of Neuchâtel (Noctambus, NoctamRun and Somnambus), you can also travel home safely and comfortably via public transport during the night on weekends.
With your Onte Verde ticket, you can take advantage discounts of up to 50% off numerous leisure time activities.
You can get information and answers to questions about Onde verte from the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min., 24/7).
- If you would like to travel beyond the limits of your- valid Onde Verte ticket, you will need a zone upgrade. This will be needed from the last timetabled stop within your Onde Verte ticket to the final stop of your journey.
- If your train does not stop in the Onde Verte zones you purchased, your ticket is not valid. Please buy a standard-price ticket instead (or a Supersaver Ticket).
