The Triregio fare cooperative unites the Northwestern Switzerland fare network (TNW), Regio fare network Lörrach (RVL) and public transport partners in Alsace (Saint-Louis Agglomération, Distribus and SNCF). The same straightforward fare system applies across the entire Triregio area. Whether your journey is urban or rural, there is only one ticket you need.

The zone system applies to all tickets across the Triregio fare network. The zone map shows you how many adjoining zones (areas) you need to purchase to get from A to B. Whether you travel by train, bus or tram – within the zones covered and the period of validity, all public transport services are included within the fare.
For occasional trips to neighbouring countries, the best thing is to buy single tickets, additional tickets or group tickets. If you would like to go on journeys to the triple border area, the Triregio ticket is the right choice. And for commuters, there are attractive travelcard offers such as the RegioCardPlus, the DistriPass and AlsaPlus tickets.
If you have a Half Fare Travelcard, you benefit from reduced prices on all single Triregio tickets.
With your Triregio ticket, you benefit from discounts of up to 50% on numerous leisure time activities in Switzerland.
You can obtain Triregio tickets from any public transport point of sale in the fare network area. Single tickets are also available from touchscreen ticket machines.
You can buy Triregio travelcards from points of sale in the fare network area. To an extent, they can be integrated onto the SwissPass.

- For journeys beyond the boundaries of the regional network, regional tickets and passes are valid until the last scheduled stop within the selected zones. If your destination is in Switzerland, purchase a zone upgrade from the last scheduled stop in your Triregio ticket to the final destination of your journey.
- If your train does not stop in the Triregio zones you purchased, your Triregio ticket is not valid. Please buy a standard-price ticket instead (or a Supersaver Ticket).
