If you are under 25 and meet the conditions, you can have the costs for your Unireso travelcard covered by the Canton of Geneva. To do so, you must submit an online request for cost coverage at unireso.com/aboLink opens in new window. and upload the necessary supporting documents. Your request will be reviewed within a maximum of 10 working days. When you request cost coverage, you can choose whether to buy your travelcard from tpg or SBB. If you choose to buy your travelcard from SBB, you will receive a coupon. You can then use your coupon to buy your travelcard, either online, at an SBB Travel Centre or from an SBB ticket machine.
People who receive OASI benefits.
If you receive OASI benefits and meet the conditions, you can have your costs covered by the Canton of Geneva by presenting your latest OASI pension tax certificate or your first OASI pension decision for the current year when you buy your Unireso travelcard at an SBB Travel Centre. You do not need to submit a request for cost coverage.

If you receive invalidity insurance benefits and meet the conditions, you can have your costs covered by the Canton of Geneva by presenting proof of your benefit payments when you buy your Unireso travelcard at an SBB Travel Centre. You do not need to submit a request for cost coverage.
