Bike Day Pass.

The Bike Day Pass entitles you to self-service loading of your bicycle for one day. Bike Day Passes are valid in 1st and 2nd class. Please note that you must have a valid ticket for the relevant class yourself.

Multiple Day Bike Pass.

You can also get the Bike Day Pass as a ticket that requires validation to be used 6 days of your choice. The Multiple Day Bike Pass is transferable and can therefore be used by several people to take their bikes with them. To do this, you validate one field per person.

Tip: 

for short routes, purchasing a reduced Point-to-Point Bike Ticket may offer better value.

Bike Day Pass.

The Bike Day Pass can be purchased at staffed public transport points of sale, from ticket machines, conveniently online at SBB.ch or via the SBB Mobile app.

If you buy your Bike Day Pass online, you must enter the first name, surname and date of birth of the person travelling with the bike under ‘Enter passengers’.

Multiple Day Bike Pass.

You can get a ticket that requires validation for 6 days of your choice from ticket machines and at public transport points of sale. 

• Children under 16 can take their bike with them for free, provided they are accompanied by someone who is 16 or over.
• Children with a GA Travelcard for Children or a GA Travelcard Familia for Children can take their bike with them for free even when on their own.
• For children under 6 years old, children’s bikes are considered hand luggage and can be transported free of charge.
