MyCoffeeNow is set to launch on 5 October 2026 and will be tested as a pilot project for around six months. The experience and feedback gained through the project will be taken into account in the evaluation and potential further development of the service.
MyCoffeeNow is being tested on selected ICN trains within Switzerland. The vehicles used may vary. If you see a MyCoffeeNow QR code on the window of your coach, you can use the service on this journey and in the seats that are marked accordingly.
When you receive your order confirmation by e-mail, you will be sent a link which you can use to provide feedback on MyCoffeeNow if you wish. Your feedback will help us to evaluate and improve the service during the pilot phase.
The estimated delivery time is displayed on the ordering platform during the ordering process. This estimate is non-binding and may vary depending on the order volume and the operational situation.
At the start of the MyCoffeeNow service, only a limited range of snacks and drinks will be available. This is intended is to ensure the highest possible product availability and reliable service. The current range of options is displayed directly on the ordering platform. The product range is available to view on the ordering platform and can be adapted based on experience and guests’ needs.
The products cost the same as they do in the SBB Restaurant. There is no additional charge for delivery to your seat.
No customer account is required to use MyCoffeeNow.
If you see a MyCoffeeNow QR code on the window of your ICN coach, you can use the service on this journey in the seats that are marked accordingly. Here’s how it works:
- Scan the MyCoffeeNow QR code at your seat. You will find the QR codes in the areas designated for the pilot scheme in the adjoining coaches, as well as in the six-seater niches in 1st class.
Please enter the details required for your order.
- Select your choice of snacks and drinks from the current menu and complete your order. You will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
- You can conveniently pay for your order using Twint or a credit card.
- The service team will prepare your order in the dining car and bring it straight to your seat.
- You can use the link in the order confirmation to provide feedback on MyCoffeeNow if you wish. Your feedback will help us to evaluate and improve the service during the pilot phase.
