- Tickets and travelcards at SBB ticket machines and at some ticket machines operated by other transport companies.
- Tickets and travelcards by telephone with the SBB Contact Center, tel. 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).
- Tickets, travelcards and selected RailAway leisure offers at staffed points of sale operated by SBB and participating transport companies.
- Food and drinks at SBB Restaurants and SBB Bistros.
- For SBB toilet facilities.
