You can also order a Prepaid Card easily online with your desired credit amount (e.g. CHF 20, CHF 50, CHF 100 or CHF 200). Starting from a shopping cart value of CHF 50, we will send the card to your home free of charge.

You can use the Prepaid Card for the following purchases:

• Online tickets and travelcards (on SBB.ch, in the invia webshop, in the tpf webshop, with MOB Goldenpass, in the Ostwind webshop, in the Passepartout travelcard shop, in the ZVV Ticket Shop and in the BLS webshop).
• Tickets and travelcards in apps (SBB Mobile / Preview, ZVV app, BLS Mobil).
• Tickets and travelcards at SBB ticket machines and at ticket machines operated by other transport companies.
• Tickets and travelcards by telephone with the SBB Contact Center, tel. 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).
• Tickets, travelcards and RailAway offers at staffed points of sale operated by SBB and participating transport companies.
• Food and drinks at SBB Restaurants and SBB Bistros.
• SBB toilet facilities.
