You can renew your Half Fare Travelcard PLUS as follows:

  • By calling the SBB Contact Center on (CHF 0.08/min., Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 8pm; queues possible at times).
  • At a staffed public transport point of sale.
  • Using the form below. Please note that it may take between 7 and 10 working days to process.
