The hygiene center is staffed by personnel on-site during all opening hours. In addition to the toilet service, special travel and family toilets with changing tables and showers are available. Usage is subject to a fee. Access is cashless through common digital payment methods such as credit and debit cards as well as mobile payments. Alternatively, the SBB offers a toilet access card with appropriate credit, which can be purchased at the nearest Selecta machine to the customer toilet with cash. The use of the customer toilet costs CHF 1.50, and showers can be used for CHF 12.- (CHF 1.50 for access to the hygiene center plus CHF 10.50 for the shower). An accessible toilet is located separately right next to the main entrance and can be used free of charge with a EuroKey. It is constructed according to the SIA 500 standard. An accessible shower is designed according to the SIA 500 standard and is a combination of a shower and changing room (accessible shower with a separate reclining chair). Access is subject to a fee.
