- Select ‘Prepaid / Money transfers’ on an SBB ticket machine.
- Select ‘Top up mobile’.
- Select ‘Top up mobile around the world’.
- Enter the telephone number of the person abroad.
- Enter your telephone number.
- Select one of the three offers ‘Airtime’, ‘Data volume’ or ‘Bundle (Airtime and data volume combined)’.
- Select the top-up amount.
- Accept the conditions of use.
- Pay.
The amount will be transferred to the person abroad within seconds. You will receive a confirmation by SMS. There are no additional fees.
Prepaid credit can be purchased at the machines using the following payment methods:
CHF coins, CHF banknotes, EUR banknotes, debit cards, Twint, credit cards, PostFinance Card, SBB gift cards (until autumn 2025) and public transport voucher cards.
