Additional information.

• When purchasing tickets at the advance sales offices, Ticketcorner charges a booking fee which is dependent on the order value and is the same at all advance sales offices.
• When purchasing tickets by phone from the Ticketcorner hotline and online, a handling fee is charged which varies depending on delivery and payment type.

The prices are calculated based on the advertised route of travel.

Outward journey.

• To Zurich main station, according to the online timetable. Your journey to Zürich HB is not included in the ticket price.
• As this round trip is a package offer on a special event train – and not a regular train service – travelcards (GA Travelcard/Half Fare Travelcard) cannot be used.
• To find your platform, please look for ‘special event train’ and the relevant departure time on the departures board.

Information.

• If two parties or more share the same table, the fondue pot will come with a partition.
• Reservation deadline: 15 days before departure.
• Dogs (except assistance dogs) are not allowed on the special event train.
• The “Salon suisse” is not wheelchair accessible.
