Country of production for Baked Goods - Europe. Our baked goods, including croissants and bread, are delivered fresh to individual departure points by regional bakeries. They are prepared daily by local bakeries in Switzerland, Germany and Italy. The bread of our sandwiches is also produced in Switzerland. The dining cars are supplied with baked goods based on the train’s departure station.
