Planning a stopover or shopping spree and want to store your luggage securely? Railway station lockers are perfect for this. Here you can store your travel bags, backpacks and suitcases securely. 

Different locker sizes and long opening hours mean you can store your luggage on a flexible basis without having to wait. SBB offers three different types of locker with different payment options. You can find the details on this page.

For help and support, you can contact the relevant SBB Travel Centre during the day. Outside the SBB Travel Centre opening hours, you can contact our SBB Contact Center. (See the contact box for the telephone number).

Assistance for people with reduced mobility.

If you need assistance, you can contact the staffed SBB Travel Centre at the relevant station or the Contact Center Handicap. Advance notice of two hours is required at the Contact Center Handicap.
