Refund of tickets for Switzerland purchased online and via mobile.
Use this form to apply for refunds of unused or partially used tickets for Switzerland or leisure activities purchased on SBB.ch, in the SBB Mobile app or on leisure.sbb.ch.
Before you start:
Have the following to hand: Order number of the ticket to be refunded and ticket purchased as a replacement; copy of the medical certificate and/or confirmation of train crew for lack of space or refunds after the start of validity.
For refunds using the form, the deductible amount is CHF 10. No refunds are provided on tickets under CHF 10.
Refund after start of validity.
Refunds after the start of the ticket’s period of validity are only possible if you can provide evidence that you have not used the ticket.
