Tour programme.

Approx. 09:20: departure from Basel SBB.
Round trip on the special event train: Basel SBB–Basel station approach–Juraschlaufe–Basel St. Jakob stadium (photo stop)–Basel marshalling yard–Birsfelden port (train changes direction; no alighting)–Gellert–Basel Bad Bf–Basel Kleinhüningen port (no alighting)–Basel Bad Bf.
Alight at Basel Bad Bf then travel by bus to Basel Kleinhüningen (alighting with round trip and museum visit).
Approx.14:45: return journey to Basel SBB by tram.
The bus and tram journey are included in the package price. The transfer takes place together with the SBB tour guide.

Packed lunch.

Sandwich (meat or vegetarian) with fruit, small sweet treat and 500ml bottle of water.

Flat-rate fare per person, excl. Ticketcorner booking fee and handling fees, in CHF.

Additional information.

When purchasing tickets at the advance sales offices, Ticketcorner charges a booking fee which is dependent on the order value and is the same at all advance sales offices.
When purchasing tickets by phone from the Ticketcorner hotline and online, a handling fee is charged which varies depending on delivery and payment type.

Prices include VAT. Price and offer specifications subject to change.

The station tour will be conducted in German.

Outward journey.

Outward journey: to Basel SBB, according to the online timetable. Your journey to Basel SBB is not included in the ticket price.
As this round trip is a package offer on a special event train – and not a regular train service – travelcards (GA Travelcard/Half Fare Travelcard) cannot be used.

Information.

Reservation deadline: 15 days before departure.
To find your platform, please look for ‘Extrazug’ (special event train) and the relevant departure time on the departures board.
Dogs are not permitted on the special event train – with the exception of assistance dogs.
The special event train is not wheelchair accessible.
For space reasons, pushchairs cannot be taken on the train.
