If the toilet entry card if it is lost or stolen, the balance remaining on it will not be refunded. Damaged toilet entry cards which still have a balance on them can be exchanged. The balance on toilet entry cards cannot be topped up. The card is made of cardboard; please dispose of it appropriately.
