The Leisure Pass is available from 5 January 2026 to 3 February 2026.
It costs CHF 450 for 10 days of travel in 2nd class (CHF 45 per day) or CHF 630 for 10 days of travel in 1st class (CHF 63 per day).
On the travel days, you will need to be able to present a valid Half Fare Travelcard. If you do not have a Half Fare Travelcard yet, you can find the information you need here:
Like the Half Fare Travelcard, the Leisure Pass is exclusively available on the SwissPass.
You can activate the travel days yourself in your SwissPass account until 31 December 2026 on 10 calendar days of your choice. They will then each be valid on routes within the GA Travelcard area of validity until 5am the next day. For activation, you will need to open a personal SwissPass account on swisspass.ch if you have not already done so.
If you need help, please contact a staffed public transport point of sale or call the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).
Travel days can be deactivated in your SwissPass account until 11.59pm the evening before. Exception: Activated travel days which have not been used due to an incapacity to travel can be deactivated retroactively at a staffed public transport point of sale upon presentation of a medical certificate which includes the remark ‘Unable to travel’.
The Leisure Pass is personal. You cannot activate travel days for other people with your Leisure Pass.
The Leisure Pass cannot be exchanged, refunded or deposited. Travel days which have not been used by 31 December 2026 will expire (exception: incapacity to travel, see above).
Family discount: Junior Travelcards and Children’s Co-Travelcards are valid.
You can travel outside the GA Travelcard area of validity at a discounted price with your Leisure Pass and a valid Half Fare Travelcard.
If you have a valid Half Fare Travelcard as well as a 2nd class Leisure Pass, you can purchase a 1-day class upgrade as well as a route-specific (Supersaver) Class Upgrade at a discounted price.
The Leisure Pass is not available for children or dogs. The existing range of products enables children and dogs to travel at a cheaper price.
For bicycles, a separate ticket is needed.
Passengers with a Leisure Pass cannot be incorporated into a group ticket (as per T660).
Additional RailAway services can be purchased with the Leisure Pass.
The Leisure Pass is a limited-time promotional offer and is not part of the standard product range. It is therefore not possible to pay using Half Fare Travelcard PLUS credit.
