You will be able to have your luggage collected from any address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein free of charge. Just two days later, we will deliver your luggage to selected hotels or even straight to your holiday home in some locations - and back home again.
Free luggage transport applies to bookings made until 30 April 2020 up to one year prior to collection date.
If you arrive by public transport, you can also benefit from attractive offers for ski passes at many destinations.

- Booking: no later than 8 p.m. up to two days before collection.
- Collections can be booked for between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. This will be limited to a three-hour period the day before which you will then be notified of.
- Delivery: two days after we have collected your luggage, you can retrieve it when you get to your hotel room or holiday home.
- It is not possible to collect or deliver on Sundays or certain public holidays30 May 2019, 10 June 2019, 1 August 2019, 25 December 2019, 26 December 2019, 1 January 2020, 2 January 2020, 10 April 2020, 13 April 2020, 1 May 2020, 21 May 2020, 1 June 2020, 1 August 2020, 25 December 2020, 26 December 2020 as they are not counted as transport days. If there is a Sunday or public holiday between the collection and delivery dates, the delivery time is extended by one day.
- Booking: no later than 8 p.m. up to two days before collection.
- Before making your return journey, you can hand over your luggage at your hotel by 6 p.m. at the latest.
- Delivery: two days after we have collected your luggage, you can retrieve it from an address of your choice between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The day before, you will be given a three-hour period in which your luggage will be delivered.

- Luggage: purses, suitcases, bags.
- Not possible for bicycles.
- Skiing equipment: skis, ski boots, poles, snowboards, sledges.
- Collection and delivery points must have postal addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and be suitable for vehicle access. Otherwise the carrier designates a suitable handover point when confirming the arrangement on the previous day.
- Maximum weight: 25 kg.
- You can book the return transfer of your luggage at the same time.
- The luggage to be transported must be labelled with a name, address and telephone number and be packed appropriately.
- Luggage may only be presented with a valid ticket for the whole route or a SwissPass GA/Half-Fare travelcard and annual travelcard (GA travelcard, point-to-point travelcard, Half-Fare travelcard (1, 2 or 3 years), regional travelcard, travel discount for SBB employees, Track 7, inter-regional travelcard).
- Liability for the partial or total loss, damage and delayed delivery of luggage shall be governed by the Swiss Federal Passenger Transportation Act (PTA) and the applicable Passenger Transportation Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Council.
- Whenever possible, luggage special is always transported by rail. It may, however, also be transported entirely by road for logistical reasons. The public transport sector currently handles an average of 70% of luggage transport by rail and 30% by road.
