Refunds.
Here you can request a refunds for unused or partially used tickets that you have purchased online at SBB.ch or in the SBB Mobile app.
Get your ticket refunded quickly and directly in the SBB Mobile app, the SBB Preview app or in your user account on SBB.ch.
Instructions for refunds in the SBB Mobile app / SBB Preview app:
Navigate to “Travel and tickets”.
Select the ticket you would like to have refunded.
Select the menu item (circle with three dots) and choose “Refund ticket”.
Check the settings and have the ticket refunded.
The amount will be credited to the same means of payment used for your purchase. You will also receive a refund confirmation by e-mail. Tickets that have already been refunded are indicated as such.
Provided that certain conditions are met, supersaver tickets and Saver Day Passes can be refunded by using the refund form. Use the form linked to below to have your ticket refunded. You can do this regardless of whether you have a user account or not.
