Here’s how it works:

  1. Sign in to SBB.ch with your SwissPass login.
  2. Go to your orders
  3. Select the time period for which you want to display the tickets you have purchased. You can choose between the travel date and the order date.
  4. Click on “Search orders”.

  6. Click on an individual ticket to…
    • display the ticket for ticket inspection.
    • print out the ticket.
    • have the ticket refunded.
To your orders

Please note: if you use the same SwissPass login for SBB.ch and in the SBB Mobile app, your tickets will be displayed on both platforms.

Where can I find the purchase overview in the SBB Mobile app?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Open the SBB Mobile or SBB Preview app.
  2. Click on the ‘Tickets & Travelcards’ in the menu at the bottom.
  3. You will see an overview of your active purchased tickets (‘Valid’ slider). Past journeys (‘Expired’ slider) are removed after a few days. However, you can still access these at any time on SBB.ch (using the instructions above), provided you were logged in when purchasing the tickets.

  • Mobile app doesn’t consider local travelcard?

Hello everyone, I noticed today that the mobile app sometimes doesn’t consider that a part of the itinerary is already covered by a local travelcard. I want to travel from Lucerne Station to my address in Zurich. I have a Half-Fare card and a ZVV pass, both in course of validity and on my Swisspass, visible in the app. If I look for the entire itinerary, the app suggests IR75 to Zurich HB and then tram n. 3, and the price for a ticket is 15.40 CHF. But if I look for the itinerary to Zurich HB it suggests the same IR75 train for a price of 13.50 CHF. As I already have a ZVV pass, the app should offer, in the ticket selection for the entire trip, only the ticket for the Lucerne-Zurich HB leg, for 13.50, not 15.40. Below are relevant screenshots from the app:

  • Jungfraujoch with SwissPass... and different routes!

Hi, I’m hoping to go up Jungfrujoch on 7th July and have researched the avilable routes, prices, etc… but I have questions about buying the tickets please. 1) - How do I specify that I have a 3-day Swiss Rail Pass so that I get the 25% discount when buying the ticket? I see options for Full Fare, Half Fare, GA 1st class, GA 2nd class… but that’s it! Am I missing something? 2) - The reason I want to use SBB rather than the official Jungfraujocj website (https://www.jungfrau.chLink opens in new window.) is that I want to go up via the gondola and then come down via the train to Lauterbrunnen - to get two different experiences. The “official” website only lets you go up/down using the same route. IF there is a way to apply the discount on SBB (so that I can use this website) then I’m guessing I’d need to purchase the up and the down as two separate tickets? Thanks,
    Darren

  • Half Fare Card for 2 people on 2 phones but buy tickets for both on one phone

I will buy a Half Fare Travelcard and have it on the SBB app on my phone. My wife will do the same with her phone. But can I then buy tickets (at half price) for both of us on my phone - to save us both having to do a ticket purchase?
    Thanks!
