    Luggage storage with point to point ticket

    Hello,
    I have a point to point ticket from spiez to lauterbrunnen with stop at Interlaken. I have another point to point ticket for the same day from lauterbrunnen to Geneva with stop at Interlaken. Is it possible for me to drop my luggage in the locker at Interlaken while going to lauterbrunnen and pick it up while going to geneva? Or am I not allowed to make a stop due to my tickets being point to point? Thanks,Neelesh

    Hello. I'm JIHYUN JOO. We have a Swiss pass, and tickets from Zürich HB to St. Margrethen SG are double-booked. We want to refund this section ticket. When I told the station worker on the train, I got an answer to tell the office. I attached Swiss pass QRcode and from Zürich HB to St. Margrethen SG QR code. 1.     I bought the ticket under by account, but the order did not appear on my order record.

    I bought the ticket online under by account, but the order did not appear on my order record.Any case, the payment was successfully delivered.The web report about purchase was received as well, this report was saved for case.And then I was kicked out of my account. Guess, some web-glitch happened.After relogging, I found that this recent order had disappeared from my list.Currently I have only web report of purchase and nothing else. Never got the tickets by e-mail.Could you, please, advise me how to solve this problem?ps: Can provide my order number in case of request.
