Check the status of your loss report.

Have you submitted a loss report and want to check its status or change your loss report?

Here’s how it works:

  1. Shortly after submitting your loss report, you will receive a confirmation message by e-mail.
  2. Included in this e-mail is a link that allows you to edit or cancel the loss report at any time.
  3. Each time you save your loss report, you will receive the latest suggestions for matches. If your lost item was found, simply follow the instructions given.
  4. We will let you know as soon as we find an item that matches your description.
  5. In addition, you will receive a status report from us after 4 days at the latest and another after 10 days.

Please note: You can only check the loss reports that you entered online yourself. Loss reports submitted on the phone cannot be edited or cancelled online.
