Check the status of your loss report.
Have you submitted a loss report and want to check its status or change your loss report?
Here’s how it works:
- Shortly after submitting your loss report, you will receive a confirmation message by e-mail.
- Included in this e-mail is a link that allows you to edit or cancel the loss report at any time.
- Each time you save your loss report, you will receive the latest suggestions for matches. If your lost item was found, simply follow the instructions given.
- We will let you know as soon as we find an item that matches your description.
- In addition, you will receive a status report from us after 4 days at the latest and another after 10 days.
Please note: You can only check the loss reports that you entered online yourself. Loss reports submitted on the phone cannot be edited or cancelled online.
