Have you lost something on the train or at the station? Here you can find all the answers to frequently asked questions about the SBB Lost and Found Service – SBB’s Lost and Found Office.

Tip: Have you lost an item at a staffed station? Or on an SBB train with passenger attendants, which will still be travelling for at least another 30 minutes? Then we recommend making an express search request (cost: CHF 75 including return fee).

You will be notified of the search status by e-mail or SMS within four hours – or as soon as your item is ready for collection.

  • PERDA DE MALA

    Bom dia, gostaria de saber o seguinte, estou a passeio no norte da Italia e a zona de Lugano, acabei por esquecer minha mochila na parte de cima do trem onde de costuma deixar as malas e sai apenas com minha bolsa grande deixando essa para tras.     Hi, one week ago I left my “Rucksacke” at the Luzern station.
