Trip programme.

• Approx. 8pm: Start of the round trip on the “Churchill” Red Arrow departing from Zurich main station.
• During the trip:
  • Exclusive New Year’s Eve menu served directly at your seat.
  • Toast the New Year at midnight with a glass of champagne or sparkling wine.
• Approx. 1am: arrival at Zurich main station.

The final timetable and route will be announced later.

Starter.

Lamb's lettuce with bacon and croutons.

Main course.

Fondue Chinoise (thin slices of beef/veal/chicken) with herbed rice, various sauces and accompaniments.

Main course (vegetarian).

Seitan strips in a cream sauce with homemade spätzli and glazed vegetables.

Dessert.

Panettone with vanilla cream.

At midnight.
One glass of champagne.

Drinks as per menu on board (not included).

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gluten-free dishes, baked goods or desserts on our adventure trips, as the limited space in our on-board kitchen means that the contamination of gluten-free food with food containing gluten cannot be ruled out.

Flat-rate fare per person, excl. Ticketcorner booking fee and handling fees, in CHF.

Additional information.

• When purchasing tickets at the advance sales offices, Ticketcorner charges a booking fee which is dependent on the order value and is the same at all advance sales offices.
• When purchasing tickets by phone from the Ticketcorner hotline and online, a handling fee is charged which varies depending on delivery and payment type.

The prices are calculated based on the advertised route of travel.

Outward journey.

• To Zürich HB, according to the online timetable. Your journey to Zürich HB is not included in the ticket price.
• As this round trip is a package offer on a special event train and not a regular scheduled service, travelcards (GA Travelcard/Half Fare Travelcard) cannot be used.
• To find your platform, please look for ‘Extrazug’ (special event train) and the relevant departure time on the departures board.

Information.

• Reservation deadline: 10 days before departure.
• You will receive all the necessary information by e-mail around one week before departure.
• Dogs (except assistance dogs) are not allowed on the special event train.
• The special train is not wheelchair accessible.
• Prams and pushchairs may not be brought on the train due to limited space.
• Timetables and price specifications are subject to modifications.
