For any trip in a special event train, your requirements can be individually met and varied offers can be created. For example, on the “Churchill”, your guests can be indulged with anything from a small breakfast or fine snacks, to a multi-course dinner, thanks to the fully-fitted kitchen. During a journey in the car with seating, the catering staff can serve you with snack boxes and drinks.

• Appetizer platter with parmino cheese, green olives, salametti and grissini
• Roast shoulder of veal with rosemary cream sauce and potato gratin, served with bean bundles wrapped in bacon.
• Lemongrass panna cotta with mango sauce in a mason jar.

Example menu for the Salon suisse saloon carriage.

• Colourful and seasonal leaf salad with sprouts, seeds and crispy bacon strips, plus a homemade salad dressing.
• Zurich-style veal strips with homemade rösti and glazed carrots.
• Trio dessert in a jar: tiramisu, lemongrass panna cotta and chocolate mousse.
