“Door-to-door” group luggage order form.

Would you like to have your group’s luggage collected and delivered conveniently? Please complete the form as accurately as possible. Please note that a group ticket is required for the booking.

Before you start.

  • Processing time.

    Please note that luggage transport must be ordered at least seven days before departure.

  • Navigable road.

    Collection and delivery addresses must be directly accessible via a motorable road in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Luggage cannot be registered or picked up at the ticket counter.

  • All groups.

    Same-day delivery possible. Flat-rate price: CHF 500 per 50 items of luggage.

  • Only schools / young people up to the age of 25 (plus accompanying persons).

    Delivery on the day after next at the earliest. Flat-rate price: CHF 100 per 30 items of luggage. If you would like collection and delivery to take place on the same day, please book the ‘All groups’ offering in a separate order. The flat rate for 50 luggage items is CHF 500.

Please enter the number of items as accurately as possible.

Transport packaging.

The weight limit of 23kg per item of luggage may not be exceeded. In case of non-compliance, transport will be refused. Ski and snowboard equipment must be packed. Please use private packaging or plastic covers from the transport company. Plastic covers can be obtained at a luggage station before the journey. Please order the plastic covers early enough if you need larger quantities. Only one pair of skis or ski boots or one snowboard may be packed per plastic cover. Bicycles are packed in transport covers by the carrier. Bicycle bags, bicycle baskets, child seats etc. must be removed for transport and checked in as luggage items. Bicycles must not be locked during transport.

Billing.

You usually receive the invoice within three weeks of the last transport. Payment by credit card is not possible. Please enter your billing address below. In the case of foreign groups, SBB reserves the right to require payment in cash or by credit card for luggage at a station.
