Refunds of tickets purchased online or via mobile can be requested directly in the SBB Mobile app. Click on the three dots on the ticket screen and select the option “refund ticket”.
Alternatively, you can also get your ticket refunded online: to the refund formSwissPass login.
When you sign in with your SwissPass login, your contact details will be inserted automatically.
