Refund of tickets for Switzerland purchased online and via mobile.
Use this form to apply for the refund of unused or partially used tickets or leisure tickets for Switzerland that you purchased on SBB.ch, via the SBB Mobile app or on freizeit.sbb.ch.
Before you start:

Note.
Supersaver (Flex) Tickets, Saver Day Passes and Supersaver Class Upgrades purchased while logged in can be refunded independently online or in the SBB Mobile app within 30 minutes of purchase. Supersaver Flex Tickets can even be refunded until just before the start of their validity.

Preparation.
Have the following to hand: order number of the ticket to be refunded (of the replacement ticket if applicable); copy of the certificate of incapacity to travel and/or confirmation of train crew for lack of space or refunds after the start of the validity period.

Deductible (except for Supersaver Flex Tickets).
For refunds using the form, the deductible amount is CHF 10. No refunds are provided on tickets under CHF 10.

Refund after start of validity.
Refunds after the start of the ticket’s period of validity are only possible if you can provide evidence that you have not used the ticket.
