You don’t have a user account and have purchased your ticket as a guest? In this case, fill in this refund form to request a refund for your ticket. 

Note:

  • You can now have your tickets refunded BEFORE the start of validity directly in the SBB Mobile app, in the SBB Preview app or on SBB.ch (only if purchased with login). You can still have tickets refunded after the start of validity via the refund request form.
  • Tickets that cost CHF 10 or less will not be refunded. This is because the deductible is also CHF 10.
You can use this form to apply for a refund on partially or completely unused tickets bought exclusively online or via your mobile.
