Booking a school trip or (J+S) group trip with passengers aged under 25.

Would you like to book a school trip, club excursion or a journey with a ‘Jugend + Sport’ (Youth + Sport) group with passengers under 25 years of age? Groups of 10 or more can spend a whole day travelling in 2nd class for CHF 15 per person (children, young persons, companions and dogs). Naturally, there are different prices for shorter routes. By sending us your request, we will determine the cheapest tickets for you and make the reservations on the trains.

Before you start:

  • Obligations.

    The request is binding; it is not possible to get price/quotation requests.

  • Processing time.

    The processing time can take up to seven working days (working days are Mon–Fri).

  • Trips at short notice.

    For travel at shorter notice (fewer than seven days before departure), please contact a travel centre or the SBB Contact Center.

If you use the address of the school or organisation under ‘Street’, please indicate the exact details and the name of the school or organisation under ‘Additional address’ (e.g. Saali Primary School, Bühlikofen Secondary School, Gymnasium Unterbach, STV Brig, etc.)

Invoice and delivery address.

The delivery address has to be the same as the invoice address for the business partner number. (Exception: if there are several locations for the school. In this case, enter the address that corresponds to the business partner number for the billing address and the delivery address for your school location as the alternative delivery address). Delivery to a private address is not possible.
