Booking a school trip.

Would you like to book a school trip? Thanks to the Day Pass for Schools, schools with ten or more participants can travel in 2nd class for one day for CHF 15 per person (children, young people and accompanying persons) plus dogs. Other prices apply for shorter journeys. By sending us your request, we will determine the cheapest tickets for you and make the reservations on the trains.

This form is only intended for schools. If you are a Y+S group (or another eligible group) and would like to book a trip using the Day Pass for Schools, please contact an SBB travel centre or the SBB Contact Center.

Before you start:

  • Obligations.

    The request is binding.

  • Processing time.

    The processing time is around seven working days.

  • Trips at short notice.

    For travel at shorter notice, contact a travel centre or the SBB Contact Center.

The tour guide must be present and reachable during the journey. If you use the school’s address in the “Street” field, please enter the exact designation and name of the school under “Address supplement” (e.g. Southfield Primary School, Bridgwater Secondary School, Underwood Grammar School, etc.).
