Were you unable to present your travelcard, SwissPass or personal ticket (e-ticket) during the ticket inspection? Pay the CHF 5 fee for presenting your travelcard after the journey within 10 days.
Please note that the fee rises to CHF 30 after 10 days. You can also pay that fee conveniently online here. Alternatively, you can wait for the invoice from the SBB Revenue Service Centre.
