With SBB Assist, we provide assistance at SBB stations to help you find your way around the station, change trains and navigate ramps. SBB Assist is free of charge.
Enhanced assistance with SBB Assist is arranged with the Contact Center Handicap. The Contact Center Handicap will then check whether there are enough employees at the station to provide the enhanced assistance.
Reserving SBB Assist.
Call the Contact Center Handicap using the freephone number 0800 007 102 at least one hour before you require enhanced personal assistance.
In exceptional cases, the notification period is two hours. You can find exceptions on the synoptic map for people with restricted mobility.
We recommend that you book enhanced assistance as early as possible. This will enable the Contact Center Handicap to better plan our staffing. If no employees are available, we reserve the right to decline the provision of enhanced assistance.
All customers with a disability who have difficulty using an SBB station independently and therefore need additional help.
