Please enter your new address using the address change form below. We will then contact you at this new address.

There are two ways that you can change your name.

1. Independent customisation in the customer account (free of charge):
   Sign in to your customer account at swisspass.ch. Select “Customer data” in the top right under your initials. Then, under “Personal details”, click on “Change” and “Start identity check”.
   You will automatically receive a SwissPass card with your new name. The card is free of charge and will be sent to you by post.

2. At a public transport point of sale (subject to charge):
   Have your name changed at a Travel Centre. Please bring a valid official ID with you. The SwissPass replacement card costs CHF 30 and will be sent to you by post.

Yes, your SwissPass remains valid. However, if you frequently buy tickets in the SBB Mobile app or via SBB.ch, we recommend that you order a replacement card. This makes it easier to check your ticket on the train.

If you change your name yourself in your customer account on swisspass.ch (see question ”How do I change my name?”), the replacement card is free of charge. If you apply for a name change at an SBB Travel Centre, the replacement card costs CHF 30.
