  • Payment could not be finalized

Hello. I’ve tried over ten times to purchase my Swiss pass and family cards for our upcoming trip. Every time I try I get an error message that says ‘payment could not be finalized. Please check your card details’. I’ve checked my card details. I’ve called my Chase Bank and there are no holds or other issues with the card. I’ve also tried different browsers. I’ve seen several other posts from people who have the same problem and I have to believe this is a known issue and there must be a fix. I don’t know what to do. I can’t figure out how to contact Swiss pass directly. They just keep directing me to this forum, even though it is staffed by volunteers that have no ability to resolve my problem (no offense). I’m incredibly frustrated. I just don’t have the patience to keep reentering my family’s details and credit card information over and over again. My trip is coming up and I am running out of time. I need help. A solution. Or at the least, a way to contact SBB customer service. Thank you

  • Swiss Half Fare Pass

If we purchase a Swiss Half Fare Pass and train tickets through SBB app do we get a pdf of them? If so can a screenshot photo of the pass and tickets be sufficient for the conductor to scan when we’re on the train? I ask this in case there’s no WiFi access on the train.

  • SBB-FREE, wifi login: "Whoops, looks like something went wrong"

In the EC44 VENICE-GENEVE when trying to login on the free wifi it appears this error: “Whoops, looks like something went wrong” Making impossible to use the free wifi for the full trip. This happened to me 2 times already of the 6 times in total i took this train. ⅓ of the time the wifi doesn’t work and that’s not acceptable for a 107€ ticket and 7+hours long ride
