33 SBB Travel Centres offer free consultation appointments for your questions about rail travel and other topics. During the consultation, we can help you choose the right public transport travelcard, offer assistance with rail travel and group trips in Switzerland and much more. We can also help you register on SBB.ch, SBB Mobile or the WU@SBB app, and we’ll be happy to answer your questions about the SwissPass.

Consultation topics to select.

• ‘Rail travel Switzerland’: for advice on public transport travelcards and SwissPass, travelling by train in Switzerland and making-purchases online at SBB.ch and in the apps; for advice on travel insurance.
• ‘Rail travel international’: for advice on rail travel in Switzerland’s neighbouring countries. Please check the following list before making an appointment: ‘Bookable and non-bookable countries’. (Information on taking your bicycle abroad with you: book your bike ticket via our partner railways. Please see the following list ‘Help with bike tickets for Europe’).
• ‘Currency exchange & Western Union’: for advice on currency exchange, the Swissbankers Travel/Life Card and advice on transferring money with Western Union or the WU@SBB app.
• ‘Group journeys Switzerland’: for advice on group journeys and group excursions in Switzerland. International group trips can be booked exclusively at sbb.ch/en/groupsinternational.
