  Timetable change due to construction work

  Dear all,
  I bought a supersaver ticket from Luzern to Zurich in October.
  Later I found the timetable changed due to construction work.
  I have to change train at Zug to get to Zurich.
  Do I need to buy a new ticket? Or I can take the train at Zug without paying extra fee?

  I really wanted to know what the tariff says here, and I found this: T600, nr, 15.2.6 Bei Verkehrsunterbrüchen, die im Voraus in den Fahrplänen publiziert sind, können die
  betroffenen Transportunternehmen von Beginn an die Ausgabe der Fahrausweise über
  einen Hilfsweg anordnen. In diesem Fall sind Billette, über den Hilfsweg auszugeben.
  Bereits gekaufte Billette über die unterbrochene Strecke werden zurückgenommen und
  neu über den Hilfsweg ausgegeben. This means that strictly speaking if you have a supersaver ticket, and the route it is subjected to a planned interruption that only gets published after the purchase you should request a new ticket, ad no extra charge, for the alternative route. Question is what you can then request: That the new ticket respects the original departure time as close as possible, or that it respects the original arrival time as close as possible…

  Swiss Travel Pass refund

  I made a mistake with the travel passes.
  I have purchased a Swiss Travel Pass for 3 days. However I realize 3 or 4 Saver Day Passes are more appropriate for me. Is it possible to make the change? This would also allow me more flexibility on dates. I purchased the 3-day Swiss Travel Pass as a guest but I had also purchased cancellation insurance? Is there a way I can fix my mistake? Thanks

  SwissPass Halbtax not cancelled on time

  Hello dear people! I have an issue regarding the SwissPass Halbtax. I just realized yesterday that I forgot to cancel my SwissPass Halbtax for the next year. I really did not have any idea about it. I used it last year for half a year because I was working in Switzerland but living in Germany and then I though it was gonna be cancelled automatically if I don’t renew it myself.
  I really did not know about it because I moved from Germany in October last year to another country and I did not know if I receive any post from SBB. According to their site, I was supposed to cancel it towards the end of January but, unfortunately, I was very sick the whole month and I had no idea about it. I just saw an e-mail from them yesterday regarding the payment. Is it possible to cancel it also now? I will not use it anymore since I am gone from both Germany and Switzerland and also, I really cannot afford to pay the whole Abo. Do you know if it is possible to cancel it now, even if I pay just a small fine? Thank you in advance!

  Hello CarabusLink opens in new window. This is not the SBB Customer Service. The Half Fare Card has to be cancelled in good time, as all contracts such as the contract for your apartment, health insurance, mobile phone, etc. You were made aware of the cancellation policy when you signed the contract.
