  • Timetable change due to construction work

    Dear all,
    I bought a supersaver ticket from Luzern to Zurich in October.
    Later I found the timetable changed due to construction work.
    I have to change train at Zug to get to Zurich.
    Do I need to buy a new ticket? Or I can take the train at Zug without paying extra fee?

  • Swiss Travel Pass refund

    I made a mistake with the travel passes.
    I have purchased a Swiss Travel Pass for 3 days. However I realize 3 or 4 Saver Day Passes are more appropriate for me. Is it possible to make the change? This would also allow me more flexibility on dates. I purchased the 3-day Swiss Travel Pass as a guest but I had also purchased cancellation insurance? Is there a way I can fix my mistake? Thanks

  • SwissPass Halbtax not cancelled on time

    Hello dear people! I have an issue regarding the SwissPass Halbtax. I just realized yesterday that I forgot to cancel my SwissPass Halbtax for the next year. I really did not have any idea about it. I used it last year for half a year because I was working in Switzerland but living in Germany and then I though it was gonna be cancelled automatically if I don’t renew it myself.
    I really did not know about it because I moved from Germany in October last year to another country and I did not know if I receive any post from SBB. According to their site, I was supposed to cancel it towards the end of January but, unfortunately, I was very sick the whole month and I had no idea about it. I just saw an e-mail from them yesterday regarding the payment. Is it possible to cancel it also now? I will not use it anymore since I am gone from both Germany and Switzerland and also, I really cannot afford to pay the whole Abo. Do you know if it is possible to cancel it now, even if I pay just a small fine? Thank you in advance!
