  • Travel from Zurich airport to Friedrichshafen

Hello everyone, I would very much appreciate some advice on how to travel by public transport from Zurich airport to Friedrichshafen in Germany. Our plane is due in to Zurich at 14:20 so I would like to know what kind of ticket I can buy that is the cheapest for our family, which is two adults, two 13 year olds and one 15 year old. I am concerned that we don’t know exactly how long it will take to get from the airport to the train and that there is a possibility of delays, so are the tickets flexible? We will need to get back to the airport for our return 8 days later for a flight at 19:15, but we would be happy to arrive earlier in the day. Many thanks in advance!

  • Adding my 6yo child to my Halbtax

Hello, My daughter just turned 6 and I read that I can request the Swiss Family Card for her for free if I get it when purchasing my own Halbtax or travel pass. I already purchased my halbtax for the year in January. Can I just add her to my existing Halbtax and obtain the Swiss Family Card? How do I do that? Thanks in advance!

  • SBB app and Junior Travel card

I was planning a trip with my daughter with the SBB app. She has a Junior Travelcard and it is declared as a co-passenger with the Junior Travel card. But when buying the tickets it seems that I still need to pay for her ticket. If I do the same in the website, the Junior Travelcard is taken into account and the amount for her ticket is 0. Is anybody else having this issue?
